The Adoption Opportunities Act (62 P. S. § § 771—774) and the regulations promulgated thereunder, are consistent with the Federal Adoption Assistance and Child Welfare Act of 1980 (42 U.S.C.A. § § 670—676), with respect to the requirement that the child be in agency custody to qualify for certain subsidies.
