Chrysler pacifica ac not working

about half way through, we noticed we cannot control the AC. We can only do Low or High. The rear AC is also locked to the same setting and I cannot even cancel the sync mode. It is either super cold or high (never really tested the heating) or just off. I thought I could fix it as a setting, but nothing helped.
