Needs more challenge/monsters inside the caves. Most of the caves I visited (10) had 2-3 cultists. It was easy as a solo player (granted, with black metal), so I can only imagine it was slightly disappointing for a 5-man team of players. The ambience, sound, and lighting is all fantastic, I just want to see some more enemies. You can get cultists in any city, you don't need swamps. You also don't usually want to recruit cultists anyway since they suck when compared to conversions.
