I have tried everything (cleaning, reset, check dfi sensor and empty drawer) and when I plug back in it stuck at solid yellow light now (yellow light only). Pressing RESET will cancel the DFI flashing, but if the drawer is full, the sensors will action flashing again. The sensors work by sending beams from one sensor to the other, and if the beam is interrupted, the blue light will flash as the Litter-Robot thinks the drawer needs to be emptied.You can try to clean the 2 green circuit boards and the 2 plastic brackets of the DFI sensor using isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from them.
