Either 70 or 71 is the highest, depending on the exotic. 70 is the “real” highest stat total, but a couple Red War era exotics have a built in +1 to a stat as a leftover from the old stat system. I’ve heard claims of a 72 being possible but haven’t ever seen proof of one.
