Both Streamlight and and Surefire had similar lumens, but Streamlight had double the candela of the Surefire. My major concern however was which light would be more durable, because candela or lumens really don't matter if you can't get the light to even turn on.

The Stiletto also feels made slightly more sturdy. The Stiletto also has LMH on the side button and hits high every time on the tail switch. It can be configured to be HML and tactical momentary or click for high as well. That said, every bone of my body wants to prefer the Wedge.
