Overall FTP program was in depth and very detailed. I feel proud and accomplished after finishing the training, and I'm excited to gain more knowledge as time goes on. I enjoyed the pre-training content, plus the 2 day workshop with my Master Flexologist was extremely beneficial for learning alternate body mechanics for each stretch.
